About The Role:
Capital Facilities is a growing commercial cleaning business based in Canberra, specialising in the cleaning and maintenance of Hospitality venues.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner for primarily morning shifts in and around Canberra City, branching out to Manuka & Woden area.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting consistent early morning work with the potential for additional hours as the business expands.
⏰ Shift Details
- Morning shifts (starting approx. 8:00am)
- 3-5 hours per shift initially (ideal for someone already holding other employment)
- Opportunity for more hours across multiple sites in coming months
- Long-term role for the right person
- $32p/hr plus penalties & loading
- shift priority is dependant on previous weeks performance

- Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
Must have:
- Driver’s licence
- Own transport
- Full working rights in Australia
Cleaning experience in similar role preferred but not essential — attitude and reliability matter more.
