Community Support Worker
* Provide compassionate care and support in clients' homes or community settings
* Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal prep, and transportation
* Support clients with emotional and social well-being
* Encourage independence and meaningful engagement in the community
What We’re Looking For:
*A caring and empathetic nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Individual Support or similar preferred)
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance
* Current First Aid & CPR, Police Check, and Working with Children Check
