Your Experience Counts for More Than You Think
Ideally, you've had some kind of customer-facing experience before — customer service, sales, retail, reception, hospitality, or anything where you've had to confidently approach and speak with people you don't know. If that sounds like you, you're already well set up for this role.
No solar or industry experience required, at all. We provide full training from scratch — you don't need to know anything about solar or battery going in.
About the Role
You'll be having friendly conversations with homeowners and business owners in the solar and battery space, simply finding out who's interested and collecting their name, number, and address. No pitching, no selling, no pressure — and no need to know anything about solar going in. We'll teach you everything.
What You'll Need
- Full working rights in Australia
- Confident speaking with strangers — this is essential, as you'll be approaching people you don't know throughout the day
- Your own way of getting around your chosen local area — car, bike, e-bike, e-scooter, or public transport all work fine
- Confident spoken English
- Current police check (or willingness to obtain one)
