We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant Italian restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Work together with the front-of-house and Back-of-house.
- Maintain excellent customer experiences, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily administrative tasks.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant.
- Strong team work and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start immediately.
- RSA or Willing to obtain.
