Base salary range: $4791.30 to $5132.30 p.f. (AO6)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
In this role, you will apply your expertise in Organisational Development within a complex and evolving environment, providing high-level advice and consultancy to senior leaders on workforce and organisational performance initiatives. You will design and deliver contemporary OD strategies, programs, and solutions, underpinned by sound Learning and Development principles and curriculum design.
Working collaboratively with HR and key stakeholders, you will identify organisational needs, develop targeted initiatives, and support the delivery of workforce capability uplift. Your work will contribute to building a high-performing, values-driven, and innovative workplace culture.
This temporary AO6 role is well suited to an experienced OD professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing outcomes, and delivering impactful workforce solutions.
Highly desirable
Relevant qualification in adult education, workplace learning, organisational development and/or vocational education
Experience in learning and development within a large, complex organisation
