Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented fund operations professional who enjoys the execution side of fund administration.
You will be comfortable working across investor transactions, fund records, registry administration, reconciliations, onboarding, reporting and client requests. You will take pride in maintaining accurate information, closing operational loops and ensuring work is completed within agreed service expectations.
You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working autonomously and knowing when to escalate issues. You will also enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work.

What success looks like:
In your first few months at GXE, you will build a strong understanding of GXE’s fund administration processes, systems and client workflows. You will become familiar with the funds and investment vehicles you support, while consistently completing recurring administration tasks accurately and within expected timeframes. You will maintain reliable fund and investor records, build effective relationships across Fund Accounting, Investor Support and Client Services, and demonstrate sound judgement around when issues need to be escalated.
As you continue to grow in the role, you will take greater ownership of fund administration activities and independently manage a broader range of operational responsibilities. You will consistently deliver accurate and timely processing, proactively identify and resolve issues, and help reduce operational bottlenecks and recurring errors. You will also contribute to improving workflows and documentation, while becoming a trusted operational partner to internal teams and fund manager clients
The team
You will report to the Head of Fund Administration and work closely with Account Managers, Investor Support, Fund Accounting and Client Services.
The role will also involve regular interaction with external fund manager clients.
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
Essential

2–7 years’ experience in fund administration, investor services, registry operations, financial services administration or a similar operational role

Strong attention to detail

Experience working with investor, transaction or fund data

Experience maintaining registers, trackers or operational records

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and structured processes

Desirable

Experience across managed funds, private markets, venture capital, wealth management, registry, custody or fund accounting

AML/KYC or investor due diligence exposure

Experience with registry systems, CRMs, ticketing systems or workflow tools

Understanding of capital calls and distributions
