In this role, you will :
Act as the subject-matter expert for project delivery standards within the Portfolio Delviery & Enablement (PD&E), contributing to the Governance, Assurance & Standards function.
You will lead the development, uplift, and ongoing refinement of delivery frameworks, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned to both organisational needs and recognised industry practices.
Working closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure standards are practical and usable, supporting strong governance without limiting flexibility.

About you
You bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks, with a strong focus on agile and hybrid environments, and a track record of influencing delivery practices at scale.
Extensive experience applying and leading agile delivery practices across large, complex portfolios, ideally within government or highly regulated environments
Proven ability to design and embed enterprise-level delivery frameworks that balance agility with governance and control
Strong working knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK 7 Performance Domains, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
Experience supporting or conducting assurance reviews, including assessing delivery performance, agile maturity, and team effectiveness
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders to adopt and sustain modern delivery practices
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business, information technology, or equivalent experience
Certification in recognised delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PMI-ACP, AgilePM, SAFe or similar)
Demonstrated understanding of NSW Government assurance and governance frameworks
