Job Title: Experienced Caulking Specialist / Sealer
We are seeking an experienced caulking specialist to complete internal and external sealing for residential properties. The focus of this job is entirely on wet areas, requiring high-quality caulking finishes.
Scope of Work
- Internal Wet Areas: Sealing bathrooms, ensuites, kitchen splashbacks, and laundry areas (including around sinks, bathtubs, showers, toilets, and countertops).
- External Wet Areas: Sealing relevant exterior areas prone to moisture exposure (e.g., balconies, external laundry vents, or junctions near water outlets).
- Preparation: Full removal of any old silicone/caulk (if applicable), thorough cleaning, and drying of joints to ensure maximum adhesion.
- Application: Applying neat, smooth, and consistent beads of high-grade anti-fungal, 100% silicone or polyurethane sealant matching the surrounding surfaces.
Requirements
- Must have drivers license & car.
- Proven experience in residential caulking, specifically in high-moisture environments.
- Must provide your own professional tools and high-quality, mold-resistant materials (unless agreed otherwise).
- Eye for detail – straight, clean lines are a must.
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful of a residential home.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
