What you’ll do:
Santos is seeking a Corporate Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Upstream Oil & Gas senior management team, enabling them to optimise their work style and outcomes.
This position is offered initially on a 12-month max term basis.
Key accountabilities include:

Be the key contact for the senior leadership team on administrative issues.
- Manage calendar and address conflicts within the Leader’s schedule; respond and organise meetings and book video conferences and meetings as required

Arrange international and domestic travel, visas, and accommodation, car and conference bookings as required with approved Santos processes and systems.

Provide agendas and minutes for appropriate meetings; Draft, edit and format weekly and fortnightly briefs and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements.

Respond to general queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in the preparing, formatting and sharing of presentations and documents, ensuring standard formats are followed.

Process invoice payments in a timely manner via the Coupa financial system.

Ensure corporate credit card expenses are reconciled in a timely manner via Coupa.

Assist in the management, planning, logistics and administration of events such as team Town Halls, off-sites and business meetings.
What you’ll bring:
As a motivated and experienced corporate administration professional, you will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to supporting Santos’ objectives, culture and values, as well as:

Previous secretarial experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a corporate environment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook; Word, PowerPoint; Excel, Teams, Skype etc.

Ideally experience with Coupa, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.

Experience in event management, travel booking and calendar management
- Proactive and flexible with a bias for action

Ability to show discretion with highly sensitive information.
Candidates with prior experience working in oil and gas or engineering industries highly regarded
