Factory Hand/Machinist- Afternoon shift

About the company:

We are looking for a keen,reliable factory hand who wants to learn the ropes of the sheet metal section of the business. This will include using machines such as brake press, laser, pipe and tube bender, robot welder to name a few. Must be able to work afternoon shift, full training provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating machines such as brake press, laser and pipe bender
- Loading and unloading metal parts to and from the machines
- Basic setting of machines with pre-ordered programs
- Quality control and accurate working to order
- Packing and logging of parts
Key requirements:
- Manufacturing and/or factory experience
- Machinery dexterity
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Keen to learn and upskill
- Can work in a team
