About the role
Rylock Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Aluminium Window Fabricator with previous experience to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis at our facility in Dingley Village. You will be responsible for manufacturing (assemble & saw operation) high-quality aluminium window and door products and your precision, attention to detail, and technical expertise will directly impact the quality of products delivered to our customers and the overall efficiency of our manufacturing process.
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2.20pm
Pay Rate: $35PHR - $39.80PHR (dependent upon skills & experience)
What you'll be doing
- Operating aluminium fabrication machinery and equipment to cut and assemble window and door components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Assembling aluminium frames and hardware according to production schedules
- Performing quality checks and inspections throughout the fabrication process to identify and rectify any defects
- Following all health and safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in aluminium window & door fabrication, plus saw operation
- Proficiency in operating aluminium saw fabrication machinery and tools
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as required
- Reliable and punctual work ethic with the ability to work efficiently within a team environment
