Personal Care Worker
Do you have a complete certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Aged Care & Disability)?
We are seeking qualified team members to make a difference in supporting our local residents based in Alexandra Hills. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded across Monday to Sunday.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

Provide personal care and emotional support to residents

Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care

Review care plans, report and observe changes

Maintain dignity and privacy for all resdients

Support Registered Nurses
About You
-
Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.

Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/Aged Care.

Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.

Flexible and able to do shifts including PM and Night Duty.

Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
