Senior Administration & Accounts Coordinator (Part-Time)
Are you an experienced bookkeeper or administrator looking for flexible part-time work?
We're looking for someone organised, friendly and reliable to join our growing team at All Adelaide Speech Pathology.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll help keep our accounts running smoothly, support our admin team and play an important part in the day-to-day running of our busy allied health clinic.

What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts
- Following up outstanding invoices
- Processing Medicare claims
- Answering account enquiries
- Supporting and assisting our reception/admin team
- Helping improve systems and processes
- Assisting with staff onboarding and recruitment
- Supporting marketing and general business projects
- Working closely with our therapists and clients
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in healthcare or allied health
- NDIS administration experience
- Leadership or team coordination experience
- Experience with Medicare claiming or practice management software

- WWCC / Police Check (Required)
