Archie's Southwest are seeking a Chef to operate our busy venue in Dolphin Quay Mandurah Marina. We have a part time or full time position available, dependent on the preference of the candidate.
We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen.
Responsibilities;
- Follow checklists
- Ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Ensure Kitchen Cleanliness
- Assist with training kitchen team members
- Communicate with management in regards to issues which may arise
- Attend shift on time
- Always attend shift well presented in uniform
- Produce quality dishes as per standard
