Based in Smithfield in western Sydney we are searching for an experienced Customer Service officer to provide support to our production team with Customer care and sales. In this role, you will be required to coordinate receipt and dispatch of orders, and assist customers with their enquiries.
The ideal candidate possesses
- Previous (1-3 years) experience in a customer service and/or direct marketing as a minimum.
- Excellent people skills.
- Comfortable being on the phone with customers.
- Sound problem solving, attention to detail and documenting skills
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service and committed to effectively meet their needs in a helpful and professional manner.
