At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager - Digital to join us for 12 month Fixed term Contract, while a member of our team takes on an internal project opportunity.
Working within our eCommerce Technology team and reporting directly to the Senior Technology Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering our eCommerce technology roadmap, leading technical solution design and bringing digital initiatives to life. You'll work across internal teams, external development partners and technology vendors to ensure our platforms and integrations continue to evolve with the needs of the business.
The role
- Plan and deliver the eCommerce technology roadmap
- Lead technical solution design across eCommerce projects
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from requirements and solution design through to testing and implementation
- Coordinate projects across internal teams and external development partners
- Drive the integration and optimisation of eCommerce systems and platforms
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work closely with our Engineering Manager across DevOps, infrastructure, CI/CD and automation
- Break down complex technical challenges into clear, measurable deliverables
- Help build technical capability, development best practice and governance across the team
About you
We're looking for someone with strong technical eCommerce knowledge who is equally comfortable working with technology teams and business stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring:
- 4+ years' experience in digital technology leadership
- Experience with Magento and integrations across different platforms, Emarsys, Comestri, Fredhopper, New Relic, OMS, and marketplaces - essential
- Experience working with a headless CMS environment
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, integrations and headless architecture
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end eCommerce and digital solutions
- Excellent project planning, organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile environments and with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently navigate changing priorities
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
