We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Maternal and Child Health (MCH) leader to join our friendly and supportive team. As the Team Leader Enhanced Maternal Child Health (EMCH), you’ll play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team to deliver high quality, responsive services to vulnerable families. You'll blend clinical leadership with program coordination, offering you the chance to shape service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
What you’ll do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced MCH Program
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the EMCH team
- Ensure service delivery aligns with Department of Health guidelines and standards
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee program reporting, data (CDIS), service development, and continuous improvement
What you need to succeed
- Registered Nurse & Midwife with AHPRA + postgraduate Child & Family Health qualification
- Strong knowledge of Universal and Enhanced MCH Services in Victoria
- Proven leadership experience supervising and mentoring MCH professionals
- Experience delivering services to vulnerable children and families
- Background in program planning, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement
