Marcellin College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Music Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Music program. This role provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Music Department, helping deliver exceptional co-curricular experiences for students within a faith-filled and student-centred learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the Music program, including rehearsals, productions, concerts, tours, camps, festivals, and special events.

Manage administrative operations for the Music Department, including private music tuition, instrument allocation and repairs, databases, examinations, ticketing, and departmental communications.

Provide exceptional stakeholder support by liaising with students, parents, staff, visiting music teachers, service providers, and the broader school community.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational, communication, and event coordination skills. Working closely with the Music Program Leader and Learning Leader - Music, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the Music programs across the College.
You will thrive in a busy environment, demonstrate initiative, remain calm under pressure, and take a solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities.
A commitment to the Catholic ethos and Marist values of the College, along with a passion for supporting student learning and wellbeing, is essential.
A current Working With Children Check and Police Check are required, together with a strong commitment to child safety.
