Showroom Sales Consultant

Reno vibe Kitchen and Bathroom is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in the kitchen, bathroom, or renovation industry is an advantage, but not essential—we're happy to provide training to the right person.
About the Role
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will:
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
- Answer customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Recommend products and solutions based on customers' needs
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Learn about our products and services
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous sales, retail, or renovation industry experience is an advantage but not essential
Eligibility
