Raine & Horne Land Victoria is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Land & Development Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to build a career specialising in acreage, Englobo land, development sites and strategic land sales across Victoria, working alongside experienced Directors and a strong network of landowners, developers and investors.
The Role
You will be involved in:
* Prospecting and securing new land and development opportunities
* Building relationships with landowners, developers and investors
* Conducting outbound business development and buyer prospecting
* Matching properties with qualified buyers and developers
* Assisting with appraisals, market research and campaigns
* Managing buyer enquiries and following up opportunities
* Supporting negotiations and transactions
About You
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, confident and commercially minded, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential. We are open to candidates with strong sales, business development or property experience who are hungry to succeed.
