We’re looking for a skilled and passionate pastry cook to join our croissant bakehouse team. This role focuses on producing high-quality croissants and pastries with precision and care. PLEASE NOTE SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE FOR OFFSHORE CANDIDATES
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake croissants and pastries to recipe standards.
- Maintain product consistency and high quality.
- Collaborate on production planning and inventory.
- Keep a clean, food-safe work environment.
- Contribute ideas for new pastries and seasonal items.
- Assist with packaging and presentation for retail/wholesale.
Qualifications:
- Experience with laminated doughs and classic pastry techniques.
- Strong knowledge of baking ingredients, tools, and methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation.
- Team player with great communication skills.
