Real Care Support Services provides high-quality, person-centred disability and aged care support across Victoria. We empower people to live independently, achieve their goals, and remain connected to their communities through our NDIS and My Aged Care – Support at Home services.
As our organisation continues to grow, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supportive team.
About the Role
You'll provide tailored support that promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing. Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community access and social support
- Shopping and transport assistance
- Respite support
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
- Passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Experience is preferred but not essential. We encourage applicants who are passionate about supporting others and are eager to learn.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or currently studying.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check (where required).
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Australian working rights.

Pay: From $36.32 per hour
