What You'll Be Working On
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of a head and neck prehabilitation research program, including participant recruitment and consent processes
- Collecting, entering, and managing research data with a high degree of accuracy in line with GCP and ethics requirements
- Assisting with literature reviews, outcome measure administration, and preparation of reports or publications
- Liaising with the multidisciplinary clinical team to support participant scheduling and study protocol compliance
What You'll Bring
- A completed or near-completed degree in allied health, exercise science, nutrition, or a related health discipline
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in research methodology and data collection
- Familiarity with oncology or cancer rehabilitation settings, or a genuine commitment to developing this knowledge at Lifehouse
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing participant records and research documentation
- Clear, confident communication with clinical staff, researchers, and patients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently within a part-time schedule while remaining connected to a collaborative team
Essential Requirements
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
- Compliance with Category A immunisation requirements
