PropTech Data Specialist | Brisbane
We are expanding the property technology infrastructure team for Turyap Garanti Software out of 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a base salary of $95,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The Daily Impact
You aren't just looking at spreadsheets here. You will be taking immediate ownership of the live data feeds that power our real estate platform. Your day-to-day involves keeping our property market data ingestion pipelines running smoothly, cleaning up massive streams of residential valuation and spatial data, and making sure everything syncs perfectly with our user-facing apps. When a data pipeline hits a bottleneck or an external registry changes its structure, you will dive into the backend, write the necessary fixes, and partner with our engineering squad to keep platform search speeds lightning fast.
The Background We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of hands-on data analytics or data engineering experience—bonus points if it’s within real estate tech, finance, or geospatial data.
- Advanced capability with SQL; you know how to structure and optimize complex queries across heavy relational databases.
- Practical familiarity using Python or R to handle automated data parsing and ETL processing.
- A clear, functional understanding of real estate metrics and property transaction lifecycles.
- Current, unrestricted legal working rights within Australia are mandatory to join us at our Brisbane CBD office.
