We are seeking Heavy Diesel Mechanics (Agriculture) to join the Hutton & Northey Sales group in our Merredin, Mukinbudin, Cunderdin, Corrigin, & Hyden branches. We are seeking mechanics who enjoy working in a team environment, and value having contact with the end user. The positions are a minimum 38-hour week, with requirement for seasonal overtime.
- Attend to machine breakdowns in the workshop and in the field on customer’s properties
- Work on cutting edge technology equipment including auto guidance and semiautonomous machines
- Repairs and maintenance to wide variety of machinery including seeding tillage, harvest, mobile plant, and heavy road equipment
- Product specialisation opportunities
- Trade Qualified Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Exposure to agricultural machinery preferred, but not essential
