Support Worker – Shirleen Support (Oxley, Jindalee & Surrounding Suburbs)
Shirleen Support is seeking reliable, compassionate, and proactive Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients of different ages and abilities. We currently have opportunities to support:
- A young boy requiring assistance with exercises, daily routines, and light domestic duties
- An older male client requiring support with domestic tasks, meal preparation, social engagement, and community participation

Responsibilities:
For the young client
- Assist with exercise routines as directed by family or allied health professionals
- Support with daily living tasks and light domestic duties
- Encourage independence and positive engagement
- Provide safe, respectful, and age‑appropriate support
For the older male client
- Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, tidying, and household organisation
- Provide meal preparation and support with healthy routines
- Support with social and community activities, including outings and appointments
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
General Duties (Both Clients)
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families
- Follow support plans and maintain professional boundaries
- Complete shift notes and incident reports as required
- Maintain a safe environment and uphold NDIS standards
Job Types: Temp to perm, Casual
Pay: $37.00 – $43.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
