Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Clerk to join our warehouse and logistics team. This role is central to processing customer orders, managing inventory, and coordinating dispatch operations. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in every step of the fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Review, verify, and process customer orders efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update records, and assist with replenishment.
- Picking & Packing: Prepare items for shipment with accuracy and care.
- Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and oversee timely deliveries.
- Quality Control: Inspect orders to ensure accuracy and product condition.
- Documentation: Maintain records of shipments, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or e-commerce platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
