Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist at EmpowerMind Solutions, you will work collaboratively to assess, plan, and implement interventions that help clients develop, recover, or maintain meaningful daily activities. This role is ideal for a passionate therapist who thrives in a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on improving functional outcomes
- Work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to set goals and monitor progress
- Provide education and training on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with professional and organizational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registration and licensure with relevant professional regulatory body
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in mental health, pediatrics, or neurorehabilitation (preferred but not required)
