About this role

We're looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our Finance & Corporate Services team on a 12-month parental leave contract, supporting the delivery of our investor relations strategy and helping strengthen engagement with shareholders, analysts and the broader investment community.
Reporting to the Head of Performance, Planning and Investor Relations, you'll play a key role in coordinating investor communications, supporting market engagement activities and ensuring high-quality, accurate and compliant investor disclosures. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Actuarial & Analytics, Legal and Sustainability to help communicate nib's performance, strategy and growth story to the market.
What you'll be doing
Supporting day-to-day engagement with investors, shareholders and market analysts.
Preparing and coordinating investor presentations, ASX releases, results materials, briefing packs and shareholder communications.
Managing nib's investor website, investor relations SharePoint and engagement calendar.
Coordinating investor events, analyst briefings, roadshows, shareholder meetings and the AGM.
Monitoring market activity, analyst research and investor sentiment, providing insights to senior stakeholders.
Supporting compliance with continuous disclosure obligations and ensuring investor communications are accurate, consistent and well governed.
About you
You'll bring strong investor relations, corporate communications or capital markets experience, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
You'll likely have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience in investor relations within an ASX-listed organisation or similar capital-markets environment.
Strong understanding of capital markets, disclosure requirements and investor expectations.
Experience preparing investor presentations, market announcements and shareholder communications.
Highly developed analytical, written and presentation skills.
The confidence to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders while building trusted relationships.
Experience within financial services, insurance or listed environments will be highly regarded.
