The principal responsibility of this role is to oversee and ensure guests are provided with the highest service standards. This position requires an employee to be willing to work in all aspects of FOH. Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining a la carte restaurant.
Proven experience as a bartender, with a deep understanding of mixology
- Food Runner / All Rounder
No experience required - fast learner, good memory and must be able to converse with the customer in a pleasing and well-spoken manner.
