About the Role:

Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and visitors
- Respond to incidents and emergencies including security breaches
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and other security related activities
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, customers, and visitors
What We’re Looking For:

Valid QLD Security Licence (mandatory requirement)
- Baton and Handcuff certification is highly regarded, but not mandatory
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
- Availability for a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
