About the Role
As an Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in driving quality practice across the campus by:
Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
Collaborating with the Campus Director and leadership team to strengthen curriculum and pedagogy
Supporting educators through reflection, coaching and professional growth
Building strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community
Inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity
About You
We're looking for a passionate and collaborative leader who has:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
1-2 years leadership experience as an Educational Leader, Room Leader or similar role
A passion for mentoring and supporting educators
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to high-quality early childhood education and care
