About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team based in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on role involving forklift operation, material handling, and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of forklifts in a busy warehouse environment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
- General warehouse duties as required
- Assist with manual handling tasks where required.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and site protocols.
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience operating counterbalance forklifts (essential)
- Clamp forklift experience (huge bonus, but not essential)
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Comfortable performing manual handling and physical work.
- Proven safe work history (no recent injuries or incidents)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Full Australian working rights.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Participate in site safety inductions and training.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
