What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends hands‑on plumbing with strong customer communication and sales capability. You’ll be the person customers rely on for clear advice, long‑term solutions, and professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and selling residential maintenance plumbing work
- Identifying additional repair opportunities and maximising sales ethically
- Educating customers on long‑term solutions rather than quick fixes
- Diagnosing and fault‑finding plumbing and gas issues
- Operating Hydro Jetters, CCTV equipment, and performing drain locating
- Completing leak detection using acoustic, tracer gas, thermal imaging and flood testing
- Carrying out maintenance repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Building strong rapport with repeat customers
- Maintaining accurate job notes and compliance documentation
- Supporting a positive, high‑performing team culture
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s confident on the tools, strong with customers, and driven to achieve great results.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience in residential maintenance plumbing and sales
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- The ability to upsell ethically and explain value clearly
- Hands‑on experience with Hydro Jetting & CCTV
- A proactive, motivated approach to work
- Professional presentation and customer‑first mindset
- Plumbing Registration
- Driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a Police Check
- White Card (preferred)
- Additional tickets (First Aid, CPR, Working at Heights) are a bonus
