Melbourne Based Window and Door Company in the South East Suburbs is looking for a energetic individual with attention to detail and can work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Invoicing: Processing, tracking, and verifying sales orders, invoices, and payments via email or phone.
- Customer Support & Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for customer inquiries, product information, and issue resolution, ensuring high-quality service.
- Sales Reporting: Preparing regular sales performance reports and documenting sales activities.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising with shipping or warehouse teams to coordinate delivery or pick up of goods.
- Sales: Aquire new clients to expand customer base.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales administrator, sales support agent, or in a similar administrative role. (Experience in the building Industry or similar is preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and order processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Full Australian working rights and current Residence.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
