We’re hiring experienced Product Support Advisors on a FIFO basis across Newman, Paraburdoo, Gudai Darri and other regional client locations.

What You’ll Do
The PSA acts as the primary link between the customer, Caterpillar, and WesTrac—ensuring accurate information flow, consistent documentation, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
Focuses on strengthening preventative maintenance strategies, enhancing equipment effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to reduce overall operating costs.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Caterpillar fleet
Conduct regular equipment inspections, ensuring safety and compliance
Provide warranty support and planned component change-outs
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations
Support frontline maintenance teams with expert advice and minimal tool time
Your Location Options
Newman (Yandi)
Located 120 km north-west of Newman in WA’s Pilbara region
Supporting a new CAT fleet in a high-tech workshop
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off – 12 hr shifts
Short commute to camp accommodation
Product Support Team (PSG)
Regions: Goldfields / Pilbara - FIFO from Perth
Rosters Available: 4 days on / 3 off OR 8 days on / 6 off OR 14 days on / 7 off - 12.5 hrs/day (incl. 30 min break)
Approximately 60% advisory and 40% hands‑on tooling (subject to customer requirements)
Supporting customers with diagnostics, fault‑finding, and equipment optimisation.
Site Support Vehicle: Provided for certain locations depending on site requirements
What We’re Looking For
Australian-recognised Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
Previous field service or mine-site experience on large CAT fleets
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and advisory skills
Willingness to support training, inspections, and hands-on work when needed
High-risk work licences (Forklift, EWP, Dogging & Rigging, Working at Heights)
Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
