What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to Surgical Specialist Outpatient Clinics, ensuring the smooth coordination of patient appointments, clinical documentation and specialist services. You'll work independently while collaborating with clinicians and colleagues to deliver efficient, accurate and confidential administrative services.
Coordinate outpatient appointments, patient records and clinical documentation using electronic health systems
Provide high quality administrative support including correspondence, meeting coordination, reporting and minute taking
Manage Medicare billing, consultant payments, data quality activities and electronic reporting
Liaise with patients, General Practitioners, consultants and clinical teams to support continuity of care
Maintain administrative systems, manage stock and contribute to service improvements across outpatient clinics
