About Us
Buccheri Specialty Food is a family-owned coffee manufacturing and food business supplying quality coffee, commercial equipment and food-service products to cafés, restaurants, retailers, offices and hospitality businesses across Victoria.
Our coffee brands include Antico, MAP and Crivelli Coffee, each offering different coffee solutions for different customer needs across the hospitality and food-service market.
In addition to our coffee manufacturing, we also import selected products from Italy, giving our customers access to authentic Italian food-service products and a broader range of solutions for their business.
We are now looking for a confident, motivated and coffee-passionate Street Sales Representative to help grow our commercial coffee customer base across Melbourne and Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting business owners, making great coffee, building relationships and creating real sales opportunities.

This is not just a cold-calling role. We are looking for someone who can act like a coffee consultant asking the right questions, listening properly, building trust, making great coffee when required, and identifying where we can genuinely help a customer improve their coffee, equipment, service and product offering.
You will also receive warm leads from our marketing campaigns, which must be contacted and followed up quickly.

● Interested in coffee, hospitality, food-service and long-term customer relationships
Experience in coffee, barista work, hospitality, food service, FMCG or field sales will be highly regarded.
