Otto Homes are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Leederville.
A highly respected and accomplished construction company in Perth, WA, Otto Homes specialises in the construction of Lifestyle Resorts, complete with residential homes and high-end commercial facilities.
With an exciting pipeline of work, this role will see the successful candidate managing multiple commercial and residential projects across our resort developments, overseeing projects from planning and procurement through to construction delivery and handover.
As part of our core team, you will work closely with our executive leadership team, consultants, subcontractors and clients, providing excellent opportunities for career growth and progression within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
What are we looking for in our future Construction Project Manager?
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager, Site Manager or similar construction management role.
- Experience managing commercial, residential or mixed-use construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Strong understanding of project programming, budgeting, procurement, contract administration and cost control.
- Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, quality requirements and workplace health and safety obligations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field will be highly regarded.
