Perera Engineering is looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Wollongong. This role is ideal for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate or someone with 1–3 years of experience looking to build their career in a practical engineering environment.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on mechanical design, engineering drawings, calculations, documentation, site inspections and project delivery. You’ll also have opportunities to develop your technical skills and gain hands-on industry experience.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate or 1–3 years’ relevant experience
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in CAD/design software is required.
- Australian working rights
- Australian driver’s licence desirable
