Your key responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the pregnancy portfolio (including pre-, post- and inter-pregnancy) with responsibility for the direction, planning and delivery of all programs of work, including oversight of governance and risk.
Provide advanced level knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary chronic disease prevention practice, with the ability to resolve complex service barriers, and promote culturally safe, clinically appropriate care.
Lead the implementation of multiple chronic disease prevention projects and initiatives including the Supporting Healthier Pregnancies Initiative, ensuring implementation is evidence-based, coordinated, timely and aligned with program objectives.
Lead and oversee research, monitoring and evaluation activities within the pregnancy portfolio, ensuring programs and initiatives are informed by contemporary evidence, best practice and continuous improvement principles.
