As a Guest Service Team Member, you will:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Sell and scan admission tickets
- Assist with bookings and guest enquiries
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light meals
- Sell souvenir photos and retail merchandise
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Assist with guest loading during busy periods
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
