Annual salary: AUD $72,262.32 plus superannuation, based on 38 hours per week.
Worker Retention Grant - Little Wishes Carina is presently approved. The Grant is paid on top of your Award pay.

Key Expectations, Skills, and Experience: As a successful applicant, you must:
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- Availability for full-time 38 hours per week, 5 days a week, across the operating hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- at least four years of relevant early years experience
- Possess current Blue Card with a clear Child Safety history
- hold all relevant qualifications including CPR/ first aid, safe sleep, Child Safety training
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of the National Law, National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
- Lead with and demonstrate your 'child safe' practices
- Have expertise in child-led play aligned with a play-based pedagogy.
- Strong planning cycle and documentation skills
- Be a dedicated team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Bring fun, laughter, and joy to your team and children‘s day.
