About the Role
We are looking for a professional and driven Operations Executive to join Danao Group as an Independent Contractor.
Your role will focus on building relationships, consulting with prospective clients and introducing them to our luxury concierge services. Every successful booking or sale you secure will earn you commission.
This is an ongoing contractor opportunity with no fixed contract term. The arrangement will continue unless either party decides to end the contractor agreement.
There is no limit to your earning potential. The more business you generate, the more commission you earn.
You are free to manage your own schedule and work when it suits you. As most businesses and clients operate during standard business hours, client calls and relationship building will generally be most effective during the day. Administrative work, research and other internal tasks may be completed at any time.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build long term client relationships.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
- Present and promote Danao Group’s luxury concierge services.
- Follow up enquiries and maintain strong communication with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with our internal team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Represent the Danao Group brand professionally at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with private and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Current Australian Business Number (ABN), or willingness to obtain one before commencing.
- Ability to invoice for commissions earned.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Sales, networking or business development experience is highly regarded.
- Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.

Additional Information
This position is offered as an Independent Contractor opportunity and is not an employment position. Contractors are required to maintain their own ABN, invoice for commissions earned and manage their own taxation and business obligations.
Commission rates and other commercial terms will be discussed with shortlisted applicants during the interview process.
Pay: $10,000.00 – $1,000,000.00 per year
