Peregian Springs Vet Surgery is seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Practice Manager to join our team and play a key role in the continued success and growth of our clinic.
We are a community-focused veterinary practice committed to providing exceptional care for pets while delivering a warm, supportive experience for our clients. We are looking for a motivated leader who shares our values, enjoys working with people, and has the skills to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy veterinary environment.
About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the hospital, supporting our veterinary and nursing teams while ensuring outstanding patient care and client service. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and supporting our veterinary nursing and reception teams

Managing daily clinic operations and workflow

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development

Managing rostering, performance, and workplace culture

Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and key business targets

Maintaining high standards of patient care, compliance, and workplace safety

Working closely with the practice owners and clinical team to drive ongoing improvements
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience managing a veterinary practice (preferred)

Cert IV Vet Nurse with minimum 2 years Vet Nurse experience (desired but not essential)

Has strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Is confident managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment

Has excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for animal care

Is proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoys making a positive impact

Can balance business operations with compassion and care
