Melbourne (Eastern & South Eastern suburbs) – Part-Time, Work From Home
Approx. 3–4 hours daily, Monday–Friday
Remuneration: From $32 per hour + super (dependent on experience)

At LiveWise Health, we are a growing allied health company providing community-based services to older adults across Melbourne’s eastern and south eastern suburbs. We are looking for a reliable and organised rostering and administration assistant to help coordinate our mobile therapy team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, has strong organisational skills, and likes the challenge of building efficient schedules and travel routes. Every day is different, and your work will directly impact both our therapists and the older adults we support within the community.

What you’ll need
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident using computers and technology, including navigating multiple tabs, maps, emails, phone calls, and note-taking systems.
- Experienced or highly capable in rostering and scheduling.
- Familiar with Melbourne’s eastern and south eastern suburbs.
- Comfortable using maps and able to develop efficient travel routes for mobile therapists.
- A clear and professional communicator with strong written and verbal English skills suitable for communicating with older adults and families.
- Friendly, honest, responsive, and able to work independently.
- Able to remain organised and solution-focused while managing changing schedules and competing priorities.
- Must be based in Australia and comfortable working within a data privacy and security policy covering sensitive health information.
- REQUIREMENTS: Right to work in Australia, police check. and currently living in Melbourne.
Experience within healthcare, community care, NDIS, aged care, or allied health administration is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.
Your responsibilities:
- Rostering new clients and making ongoing adjustments to therapist schedules.
- Optimising travel routes for mobile therapists across Melbourne.
- Managing backend administration within our rostering and clinical software systems.
- Responding to calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Contacting Care Partners on behalf of therapists, tracking approvals, creating appointments once approvals come through.
- Escalating urgent issues appropriately to the leadership team.
- Providing information to clients, families, and external stakeholders regarding services.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinical team.
- Running reports and distributing to the clinical team and external stakeholders
- Managing shared inboxes and supporting internal communications
- Conducting routine administrative checks and data quality tasks
- Invoicing support
