We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Primary Care Representative to join our Commercial Operations team in Brisbane. The person will be looking after the East Brisbane territory and they will be promoting CSL Seqirus pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive impactful sales results within your territory.
About the Role
As a Primary Care Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving market share growth, and executing a strategic territory business plan. You’ll engage General Practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, practice managers, and other allied health professionals using a mix of face‑to‑face and omnichannel engagement.
You’ll work collaboratively with your Area Business Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions, share insights, and continuously improve the customer experience.
This role requires resilience, strong communication skills, scientific curiosity, and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and market share objectives across your designated territory.
Develop and execute an effective territory business plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Tailor engagement through an omnichannel approach (F2F, digital, webinars, email, etc.).
Identify customer and market insights and feed them back into internal teams.
Deliver compelling product and patient‑centric stories using scientific knowledge.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, and other internal teams.
Organise and conduct promotional meetings and educational events (some after‑hours).
Maintain accurate customer and call data in CRM systems.
Attend sales meetings, training, conferences, and product launches as required.
Travel regularly within your territory, including interstate travel for key events.

2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Travel Requirements
Regular daily travel within territory (driving). Every 5 weeks travel to Cairns for 1 week (fly)
After‑hours meetings and weekend educational events as required.
Semi‑regular interstate travel for conferences, training, and national meetings.
Ability to carry promotional materials and equipment.
