Requirements:

Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) – this is essential
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/order systems is a plus
Proactive team player with attention to detail
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders & invoices
Communicate stock, pricing & payments
Coordinate with production & warehouse
Assist customers in the showroom
Manage emails & follow-ups
Support picking, packing & deliveries
Send new arrivals & track payments
Check inventory & handle returns
Prepare weekly sales reports
Assist with launches & promotions
