This is a hands-on property management position with responsibility for a residential portfolio. You’ll be joining a supportive team environment with established systems in place and a senior team to back you up.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with efficiency
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy matters
- Assist with leasing and attend property inspections
- Communicate professionally with landlords and tenants
- Preparing NCAT documentation and attending hearings if required
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
- General administrative duties related to portfolio management
What we are looking for:
- Professionalism in your approach and reliability to the team
- Confidence, initiative and problem-solving ability
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- A current driver’s licence and vehicle
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the team
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
