The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Team Leader to help lead our team across two unique venues at Karratha Airport – The Bar.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to broaden their skillset and gain exposure to retail operations while continuing to lead a high-performing food and beverage business. Supporting the team, you'll develop experience across hospitality, retail, team leadership, stock management, merchandising and commercial performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to diversify their experience beyond traditional hospitality and build a strong foundation for future career growth within our network.
What You'll Do
✅ Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service
✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
✅ Train, coach, and motivate team members
✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture
What We're Looking For
✅ Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
✅ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
